Taizé Prayer at Mary Immaculate Church, New Town, Bhadravati, Shivamogga

Shivamogga, March 5, 2026: The Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM) of Mary Immaculate Church, New Town Bhadravati, Diocese of Shimoga, successfully organized a Taizé Prayer on March 4th, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The prayer service was led by Fr Santhosh Pereira, Rector of Vianney Minor Seminary. A significant number of parishioners, alongside the youth of the Parish, participated in this spiritual gathering. The event concluded with the Adoration of the Cross and a blessing.

Fr Lancy Barthalomeo D’Souza, the Parish Priest, Parish Council Secretary Mr Wilson, and ICYM President Mr Vijay Antony played a pivotal role in the organization of this prayer service.
