1. Capacity building and leadership in youth for self management, Self –reliance and sustainability. 2. To concretize strategies at different levels of youth group. 3. To develop functional youth resource team (YRT) in the diocese. 4. To promote parish and diocesan level networking of youth. 5. To foster visibility of youth groups at the parish level. 6. To capacitate the youth to grab their rightful job opportunity. 7. To strengthen the youth, to build the kingdom of God by responding to the needs of the least, last and the lost. 8. To make the youth aware of their rights and caliber at diocesan, national and international level.
