COMMUNIO Sunday at Our Lady of Perpetual Succour Church, Kargal, Shivamogga 

January 4, 2026: Our Lady of Perpetual Succour Church in Kargal, Diocese of Shimoga, observed Communio Sunday on January 4th, under the guidance of Parish Priest Fr. Lawrence D’Souza.

The solemn liturgy was conducted by the ICYM & YCS/YSM units of the Parish. Fr. Robert Crasta from the Diocese of Gulbarga served as the principal celebrant.

During his homily, he elucidated the significance of Communio and encouraged congregants to contribute substantially to this specific mission.

Fr. Lawrence D’Souza, the Parish Priest, along with the Religious sisters and a significant number of lay parishioners, actively participated.
